Back Office: Adjustments
The retail environment is prone to stock changes. Typical examples are theft, expired stock, etc. In these instances it is recommended to use the stock adjustment feature to rectify stock levels. Our powerful back office system allows various adjustment methods.
There are three types of adjustments:
* Adjust stock distribution,
* Sequential adjustment,
* Normal adjustment.
Overview of Features
- The stock distribution option allows the transfer or distribution of stock between items - this option is commonly used to transfer bulk items to smaller units. Ex. Break full botles into tot's, or cases into six pack or singles.
- A report can be printed of all adjustment actions performed.
- The sequential adjustment option forces Odyssey to sequentially run through each of the stock items and make each adjustment accordingly.
