Back Office: General Information

There is absolutely no limit to the number of stock items, which you can put into the system, as well as an unlimited number of stock prices (with associated unique names). Sales history can be visually monitored, by either bar graphs or pie charts. This feature is of particular interest to managing personnel.

A very useful feature is the ability to transfer stock to other branches or internal storage rooms. More than one supplier can be linked to existing stock item, simply by using internal codes.

With a very powerful history, all reports or previous information can be displayed on screen. Our systems also include the ability to send reports directly to head office, either by using E-mail, fax or printing.

Hardware devices can also be integrated onto the system; equipment like hand-held scanners, scales and cash registers can be connected to the computer.
