Job Card System

Our job card system is afeature ruch & powerful software application, which allow an unlimited number of stock items per job card. On any job card you can track stock items using serial numbers, model number or vehicle registration numbers.

Using the example of a repairing company: Item repairs can be statically tracked, from arrival date to the date of repair. Technician reports can be generated for an indication of hourly rates and the parts used. Parts can also be allocated to technicians or vehicles that are out in the field.

Quotations can be converted into job cards and finalized as invoices.
